My Bio: Dymond Ferguson
My name is Dymond Ferguson and I am located in Baltimore, MD. My love for caring for infants and toddlers has inspired me to pursue a career in early childhood education and development. I have 5 years experience of owning a small family childcare business inside my home. Caring for over 30 kids in my career. Over this period of time I have been honored to care for children of all ages,  grades, and skill levels. I also have experience with working with children of special needs. Providing support to children and their families into making easy transitions from daycare to entering grade school has been a some of my greatest accomplishments. My goal as a childcare provider is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to reach they maximum potential to grow and develop.
