Krista Diaz Bio

Krista is a Legal Assitant with the Firm of Farrell, White and Legg PLLC where her assistance is focused on medical malpractice defense, healthcare law, employment law, products liability, and environmental law.

 

She will soon be a graduate from Bryant and Stratton College. During school, Krista won the Thespian Award and has stayed consecutively on the Dean's List as a 4.0, high honors student. Krista works as an active advocate in the "End It" movement and uses her knowledge and passion for the law to help families and children in need.

 

Krista uses her considerable multitasking skills and customer service experience to help people in transition by providing detailed support to the attorneys and her clients. From complex litigation cases to simple claims, she is involved from beginning to end. Krista assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, and drafting pleadings and letters. She also maintains all document production and the client case file and is integral in preparing for mediations, late case evaluations, hearings, and trials. Krista has multiple IT Certification's, excelling in almost everything belonging to the digital world. She loves to read and dance and has two kids that keep her busy. She is a native of Huntington W.Va.
