My Bio: Thelma Dawson
My name is Thelma Dawson, and I am studying to become a Medical Administrative Assistant. I worked for many years as a direct care worker. I learned communication skills and how to be organized. Working with people is exciting, which led me to pursue healthcare administration.
A goal I would like to achieve is to become a successful administrative assistant. I will continue learning new skills and working toward being a valuable member of a healthcare team.

My goal is to increase my learning and build my confidence. I want to improve my communication skills. Time management and organization skills so I can be successful in school and in my daily life.

My professional goal is to complete my Medical Administrative Assistant program and begin a career in a healthcare office. Having experience as a direct care worker can provide excellent support to patients and healthcare staff. I also plan to continue growing in my career through ongoing learning and professional development
