reasoning
Follow established methods of inquiry and mathematical reasoning to form conclusions and make decisions. This is an institutional outcome where I think I did really good. Thinking and coming up with conclusions using mathematical problems is something I have always excelled at. I just needed a refresher. View

Information retrieving
I believe that this course shows that I can abstract information from medical charts to assign the correct diagnosis (ICD-10), procedure(CPT), and supply (HCPCS Level ll) code in a variety of medical situations. Yes, I did make a few mistakes, but I followed up on the instructor View

Wal-mart hiring committee and Negotiating committee for the local union 1058 Daybrite
In 1984, Wal-Mart initiated a hiring committee to assist HR. I was picked to be on it. I would give out applications, help some people fill them out, and interview the person. Give them the Orion test, and make a recommendation to HR if he or she was a good candidate to hire or not.

My Bio: Lois Ann Sanders
Life
Hello, my name is Lois Sanders, and I am 61 years old. From 1980 to 1990 I worked at Walmart. I started as a sales clerk and cashier. Worked my way up to a department manager, then a receiving manager. As a department manager, I was responsible for ordering merchandise, maintaining inventory, and displaying merchandise, while also managing several salespeople working in the department.
From 1994 to 2013, I worked at Daybrite Manufacturing. We built commercial light fixtures. I worked on a line where we all had a specific job to do and had to work together for the line to flow smoothly. I was picked to be on a team to figure out time management and lean manufacturing. I was also on the negotiating committee for the Union Local 1028.
2013 to 2024-Had to take the role of caregiver for my parents, my aunt, and my cousin. Now I babysit and am in College.
