For this project, I was given a scenario in that I had to describe the issues the client is facing and apply practices and strategies to help the outcome of the client. I meet the institution’s outcome by gathering information from an intake assessment of articles I used for the project. I also outlined some information and recommendation that would be beneficial for the individual I worked with and for the family as well.

Cultural Competence in the Health Services
For this project, I had to do an evaluation of one selected Health Disparity from the provided list and develop an Evaluation Report from the given scenario. This project helped to meet the institution’s outcome by identifying at least 2 potential causes for my selected health disparity, within the population I have chosen for this evaluation. I included some interesting statistics to support my findings and was able to give some general ideas for outreach/prevention.

For this project, I was a Case Manager for a Child Welfare agency. I had to manage one case from start to finish and present my analysis of the situation and recommendations for the client to your supervisor. This project helped me meet the outcome by exploring a case, digesting the importance of acknowledging the needs of the client, researching the possible sources available for the client, and proposing a plan for monitoring your client’s success related to the case.
