My name is Mari Espino, I'm currently enrolled in the Human Resources program at Bryant & Stratton College. I'm currently pursuing an associate degree, one of my future goals it to get my bachelor's in human resources. As well on creating training materials for the new procedures to ensure employees are aware and understand. Creating and developing quarterly/yearly trainings for an organization based on the organization's policies, values and goals.
