- Provide back up to the Financial Aid Manager in his/her absence by overseeing the Financial Aid department and filling in on monthly conference calls and campus meetings. Participate in financial aid portion of orientation, re-orientation, registration and graduation
- Tracks and monitors student’s awards to ensure funds are accurately received on a timely basis.
- Follows up with students on any missing or inaccurate information.
- Adheres to all Federal and State Financial Aid Guidelines.
- Assist with the completion of out-processing of graduates and withdrawn students.
- Assist with the completion of excess loan proceed reports each week.
- Monitoring and support of at least one financial aid function for market.
- Gathering and reporting statistics for the market related to monitoring various budgetary items requested by the MBOD.
