Institutional Outcome-Rational Learning
I reflected on my learning from both a course and real experiences during my job search and interview process. I connected this project to the outcome of "Rational Learning" because I was able to combine structured strategies--like customizing resumes and using the STAR method--with the lessons I gained from setbacks and successes. I developed strong communication skills and built the self-awareness needed to continuously improve. This adaptability will be crucial in the workplace, where every opportunity can be a learning moment.

Attached is my project on health information systems. I examined digital tools like EHRs, CPOE, and PACS, and discussed the importance of data privacy, compliance with HIPAA, and responsible digital communication. Through this, I learned how to balance innovation with accountability--ensuring that communication remains both effective and ethically sound in a high-tech healthcare environment.
