I am working on my Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration.  One of my program outcomes is to Utilize effective skills in leadership, long-term care management, human resource development, financial and strategic planning, legal and ethical considerations and patient safety and quality care in a health service enviroment.

One of my educational Insitutional outcomes is Information literacy and communication-utilize appropriate current technology resources to locate and evaluate information needed to accomplish a goal, and then communicate findings in visual written and oral formats.

My professional long term goal is to become a Practice Administrator of a long-term care facility.

Once I complete the Bachelor's degree program in Health Care Administration Services, I will be continuing on to earn my Masters Degree in Health Care Administration Services.

Personally I have such a passion to work with the elderly population as I often feel they are neglected.  I am a very caring and empathtic person that I want to participate and help improve the quality of their lives.
