I am a goal oriented local minded individual who cares about helping the community.  I thrive in customer service, and love it when I can make someones day with the service I provide. 

With this portfolio piece I had to review videos from different businesses on how they succeed and analyze each one.  There were five videos that covered all aspects of Operations Management. 

This was a portfolio put together that allowed me to respond to a management team regarding the performance of employees that were part of my team.  I was able to suggest courses of action to take, and see what different Performance Metrics look like from managements point of view and how persuasive middle management needs to be at times for employees when it comes to performance. 

This was a group project where we put together a portfolio addressing concerns regarding expansion of a product from one country into another. 

This is a statistical review that showcases skills I learned in MATH309.

This shows my skills on using Excel as a toll in the workforce. 

This was a project desiged for us to create a product and run through all the steps necessary to make that a successful product in the market.

In this project I had to persuade my reader that one product was better than the other.  With research and advanced writing skills I showcased by ability to catch an audiances attention to get them to agree with me.
