Hello, my name is LaShonda Bradley I am originally from Florida but now I reside in the state of Georgia with my husband and our four children. I started going to school in 2021 at Bryant and Stratton college where I graduated with my bachelor's degree in August of 2022. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and decided that it's time for a change in the career path I was passionate about. I chose to follow the career path in criminal justice so that I can have a positive impact on the individuals that are incarcerated or involved in the criminal justice system. After I graduated with my bachelor's degree, I decided that to continue schooling was the best option for me so now I am going to school for my associates degree. My name is Lashonda Bradley I’m currently a Security guard with many years of experience in customer service graduated with my bachelor’s degree August 2022 in criminal justice. Pursuing my career as a juvenile correctional counselor or officer working with youth in and out the justice system helping them make better life choices. With my empathy skills I believe I’m the right person and am able to understand and steer the youth back to a bright future ahead of them. Growing up some youths are stressed out and lonely often, that’s where I step in to relieve them from their worries making life adaptable. Over the years I have assisted many youths with personal problems and even gang violence altercations they were involved in. I'm willing to do all I can to help make life improvements and better decision-making goals with our young people. Some of my greatest accomplishments are communicating with both males and female individuals that had emotional problems.

I have worked in the security field for half a year and customer service for more than 10 years now I'm pursuing my career as a juvenile counselor or officer. I love a hard challenge, I'm empathetic, I can interact with groups and an understanding individual. I have great documentation skills and a dependable worker who loves to go beyond in above at all tasks. I grew up in a community where before people got to know young people, they judge them regardless of how much good they did. The youth need more adults that believe they can be successful succeed and be great in all they achieve in life.

 I would be a great addition to the company performing counseling sections and intake services to the juveniles. As a correctional officer I have great management skills and am able to take control of any situation that is taking place. I have encountered youths with Autism disorder, ADD, ADHD, and other behavioral health issues that are easily misunderstood.
