Comparing health care system between others countries and the U.S.A, the purpose is comparing the strengths, the weaknesses of the current healthcare system these countries applies with different plans to cover their people. How does it meet the outcome? The outcome is that healthcare are handle differently and most notable way the U.S. differs from other industrialized countries is the absence of universal health insurance coverage.5 Other nations ensure the accessibility of care through universal health systems and through better ties between patients and the physician practices that serve as their medical homes. What skills did I gain? the skills i gain is to workout hard, eat healthier and take good care of myself, to also informing and encouraging myself, my family and people to stay healthy and prevent illness;detecting health conditions early; and having the capacity to treat disease. Healthcare in USA is limited and very complex. Hard Skills: In the healthcare professions, technical skills are constantly taught throughout the curriculum and are practiced through skills labs and clinical assignments. Health care managers need to have a broad knowledge of the health care industry. Other specific traits needed include: Organization. Time management skills. Project management skills. Ability to understand and analyze numerical data. Leadership. Ability to motivate others. Soft Skills: Healthcare the importance of these skills is especially significant because as healthcare professionals we often convey our physician’s recommendations to their patients, and if we are unable to communicate in a professional and inspiring way, patients may not listen to us or follow our directions, and that can have a negative impact on their health.

I have learned to identify, analyze and compare theories and practices of ethics and professionalism in the healthcare setting. Demonstrate an understanding of healthcare financial management, to demonstrate knowledge of strategic planning and decision making in the healthcare organization. I understand the role of organizational and human resource management in the healthcare filed.

My first short term goal is to complete my education here at Bryant & Stratton College with a Bachelor Degree in Health Service Administration, I am projected to finish in December 2022 and I am very impatiente and excited about all I hve accomplished so far.

My second goal is to obtain a position in my field with better opportunities because i want to become a healthcare manager  to provide a stable environment that i will be able to focus on doing what i love, working hard and helping people.

Hello, I am Rama Diallo and I have been working for Quest Diagnostics for almost 11 years now, I am working toward my Bachelor Degree in Health Service Administration, I am super excited and greatful being a student at Bryant & Stratton College because I have learned a lot and I will get the opportunity to put these knowleges to work one day.

I have strong background with customer services, working under pressure and handeling challenges at the same time.
