This study explores the transition toward value-based healthcare administration, emphasizing the alignment of local operational strategies with California state policy frameworks, such as CalAIM. By analyzing data from the California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI), this research identifies key administrative interventions—including integrated care networks and digital health adoption—that are essential for sustaining high-quality, equitable healthcare. The findings suggest that a proactive, outcome-oriented administrative approach is critical for addressing the unique demographic and health challenges of the Dublin community.
