| What as the most valuable learning experience on this IPPE rotation? Why? (Maximum of 250 words): | The most valuable learning experience was counseling patients on OTC medications. This direct interaction with the patient helped me to develop my counseling skills. It also gave me the motivation to do better with each counseling. I have also learned various drug facts while educating patients. |
| How did this IPPE help you grow as a professional (Maximum of 250 words)?: | This IPPE helped me to improve my professional skills in a greater manner. I have learned proper ways to deal with different conflicts in the pharmacy. My time management also became better when I was dealing with prescription refills. Last but not the least, I got to work in a team to solve problems together. This helped me become more aware of my social skills. |

| What as the most valuable learning experience on this IPPE rotation? Why? (Maximum of 250 words): | The Most important experience I had in this rotation is learning about MTM. My preceptor clearly explained the importance of MTM to me and asked me to perform them. After talking to MTM patients and counseling them, I have realized the importance of a pharmacist in a broader way. |
