The course and assessment in HURS233 Employment Law & Labor Relations provided me with the KSBs needed to perform the outcome in the workplace effectively.The course provided a sturdy foundation in employment law, covering topics such as discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour laws The assessments, including case studies and exams, allowed me to apply this knowledge to practical scenarios, developing my analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to interpret legal documents, analyze complex situations, and communicate effectively were significantly enhanced.
