I have attached my Culminating Assessment, Patient Report
This project presentation report shows an example of the deciphering of a patient’s medical report, and how I explain the anatomy and physiology of the patient’s ailments.
The project also shows my ability to employ strategies for reflection on learning and practice in order to adjust learning processes for continual improvement, in which my grade was 100.

In this PowerPoint presentation I discuss the basic components of the ICD-10-Procedure Coding System in detail, this is done to confirm my knowledge of this particular coding system.
