Please provide one example of an interprofessional interaction that you had during this APPE rotation in one to two sentences.: During this rotation, I was able to communicate with healthcare providers to solve medication related problems in order to provide the best care possible for the patients. Communication consists of alternative requests, medication clarifications and insurance claims.

Please provide one example of an interprofessional interaction that you had during this APPE rotation in one to two sentences.: During this APPE rotation, I was able to sit in on a medicare meeting at a rehabilitation center, where physicians, nurses, social workers and other healthcare professionals collaborated together to assess patient's health plans. Everyone worked well together and showed good teamwork.
