This is from my online internship though one of my courses from Bryant & Stratton. We had done coding assignments for a medical practice. These are the results form the coding I had done. 

I ahd taken adcanced cources in ICD coding and E/M coding. The E/M coding I had done ok.

I had done very wel in this course. 

I had taken a course in ICD-10-CM coding. I had done very well in this course. 

I had gone to Bryant & Stratton college online in 2019 till 2020. I had graduated in 2020 with my certificate degree in Medical Billing and Coding. In 2021 I had gone back to obtain my associates drgree in Medical Reimbursement and Coding. Starting in November of 2021 I will be attending the same school to obtain my Bachelors in Science For Health Services Adminstration.

I had gone to Little Falls Jr/Sr high school from 2004 till 2008. I had graduated with a regients diplomia. 

Hello. I have been doing an online internship with South Padre Medical Center. We have been coding patients records under the direct supervision of the coding supervisor. So far I have been doing the best I can. I have been using my code books to make sure I get the correct codes.
