Applying Ethical Principles in a Sales Call ( Institutional Outcome)
In this role-play, I talked with Joe Smith, a corporate buyer for Gigi’s Cupcakes, and focused on being honest and helpful. I listened to his concerns, gave him space to talk, and suggested a low-risk trial order that made sense for both sides. This assignment really showed me how important it is to keep things ethical and build trust in sales.

Written Mock Interview – Practice for Job Interviews
For one of my class assignments, I completed a written mock interview to help me get more comfortable answering typical job interview questions. I focused on highlighting my strengths and sharing examples of my experience. This really helped me think about how I want to present myself to employers. My professor gave me helpful feedback and pointed out that I forgot to mention the job I was applying for—something I’ll definitely make sure to include next time so my answers are more focused and clear.
