Professionally i think I want to focus on making sure im happy within everything i do. I want to work in management but i also like the idea of working with troubled youth. im okay With the Fact that i have a lot of thing i want to do but i just want a goal of mine to be happiness in my workplace. In order to reach this goal i think making sure the environment im in can offer such things.

A big personal goal for me is creating boundaries for myself and putting my needs first. I allow a lot of people to distract me from getting what I NEED done before doing what I WANT. I'm going to work on making sure my priorities are in order before making decisions that aren't always benefiting me.
