I can say after taking this course my career readiness has improved a lot. I never knew about mycred, and how to set it up until I took this course again. I have improved so much when it comes to setting up a professional résumé and having the right online presence. I always knew that the wrong thing put online can eventually affect you in the future, but I did not realize it can cost you getting the job you want or even keeping the job that you already have. It is important to carry yourself a certain way, so you are not looked at in a bad manner. You do not want to give somebody the wrong impression about you before they even get to meet you. Once I graduate school in December, I am going to look over my résumé and make sure it is updated, professional, and welcoming. I will have a detailed description of my work ethic and what I can bring into the company. When the new year hits in January 2024, I will then begin to look for a job in the human resource management field. I want to start the new year in my new career while working in the field. I will return to school to get my bachelor
