My Bio: Arianna Kristine Hallman
Hello, my name is Arianna Hallman I am attending  Bryant& Stratton College to receive my Associate Degree in Health Service & Administration. Here today the healthcare services and healthcare organizations are vital to the well-being of individuals and communities. In my field I will learn to describe the legal and ethical principals of healthcare organizations that apply to individual patient and community healthcare needs. I will evaluate the major components of healthcare system financing and delivering of the U.S. Healthcare System. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to develop policy and implement effective healthcare decision-making. Also integrate cultural competency and sensitivity in the organization and delivery of healthcare services. These skills will be used along with written verbal and oral skills that would also be applied on a daily routine. I am looking forward to seeing what my skill set can offer and how I am able to apply it in the real world. I like to develop those certain skills needed to become a talented leader in the healthcare field with a solid foundation in public health principals. As a Healthcare administrator I am to manage budgets, and billing, order medical supplies, and oversee general staff. I am able to work in certain places such as hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare facilities.
