I have successfully owned and operated two daycare centers for the past six years. My first center has flourished over the years, and I have recently opened a second location. This hands-on experience has allowed me to develop a comprehensive skill set that aligns well with the qualifications required for the Daycare Director role.
In my current role, I manage all aspects of daycare operations, including billing, conducting interviews for prospective enrollments, and developing a dynamic curriculum tailored to the needs of our children. My experience in training and hiring staff, managing payroll, and developing daycare contracts and behavioral policies ensures that I am well-equipped to handle the administrative and operational aspects of the position at KinderCare Education LLC.
I am also pursuing an Associate's degree, which I will complete in June. This educational pursuit complements my practical experience and reinforces my commitment to providing high-quality childcare.
I am excited to bring my dedication, passion, and experience to this role. I am committed to providing a safe, caring, and educational environment where every child can learn and thrive.Curriculum planning
