I am a newly graduated board certificate eligible Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a robust clinical background in managing acutely ill adult and geriatric patients in high-acuity settings. My experience as a registered nurse has equipped me with advanced assessment skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to manage patients with complex comorbidities. I have worked collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to contribute to diagnostic evaluations, develop differential diagnoses, and support evidence-based treatment planning throughout my career. I bring a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering safe, patient-centered care while continuing to grow my clinical and procedural skills.

Based on current market trends in Connecticut, acute care roles average around $126,000 annually, I am seeking a competitive salary in the range of $120,000–$130,000, depending on shift differentials, and total compensation package.
